At Couture Staff, we understand that your daily calendar is packed and making time for interviews is extremely limited. Having said that, we Screen and Prepare our candidates better than any agency in NY. How can we be so confident?
Well, before any candidate comes to your office, they must first come through our Famous Prep School Program. We have created this rigorous Couture Prep School because we value your time, and recognize that interviewing is not something most people do every day and proper preparation is essential. The Couture Prep School is considered the benchmark for Interview Coaching & Guarantees the ultimate interview experience. Employers recognize that candidates who attend our Prep School always come to interviews fully prepared.
Here are some of the programs we offer and why you should ”Get Excited” next time there is a Couture Staff Candidate on your Blackberry, on your Calendar, or in your Waiting Room:
- Couture Resume Review
We’ll provide a detailed review of the candidate’s Experience, Goals, Strengths, Weaknesses, Salary history, Salary needs and Reasons for Leaving.
- Couture Certification
All Resumes are extensively reviewed and screened by the Couture Resume Review Team and those resumes that are Couture Quality and Match your Current List of Openings will be contacted for further discussion. If the candidate’s background and goals are in line with your position, we will schedule the candidate to come into our office for a Face-to-Face meeting. Once the Couture Resume Review team has met the candidate, discussed an appropriate position with a qualified candidate In Person, and there is mutual interest, Couture Staff will then Certify the Resume and move forward on presenting the resume to you for that particular position.
- Couture Prep
Once you have reviewed the resume and agree that this is a candidate that you would like to meet, we then schedule the candidate to come back into our office for a formal Prep Session. We then offer a comprehensive Face-to-Face Coaching Review of the position along with the expectations of the actual interview the candidate is about to attend. We utilize Behavioral-Based interviewing techniques as well as our own special knowledge of the company, department and history of the position. Couture Prep is by appointment only and pertains only to candidates that have been selected for an official interview with the employer.
- Couture SPECs
Because there is always confusion regarding position descriptions, we created Couture SPECs. Couture SPECs are considered position descriptions "on steroids." These SPECs cut to the heart and soul of the position at hand and deliver a true analysis of what the position description is all about. Fifty percent of all position descriptions are poorly written and not up to date and ultimately fall short of what the candidate really needs to know. Couture SPECs help clarify the descriptions and fill the information gap before the candidate attends the interview.
- Couture Feedback
You will always know the candidate’s feedback immediately after the interview. Couture Staff mandates immediate feedback from all of our candidates. Much like an eyewitness account of an event, memory works best when articulated right away. Our feedback is fast and, therefore, more exact and detailed. Candidates and Employers are asked to call Couture Staff immediately after the interview when their thoughts and opinions are best described.
- Couture Referral Rewards
How do we find some of the best candidates who are not currently out there looking? The answer is Referrals! Great candidates know other great candidates. We offer a full service rewards program which acknowledges our philosophy that referrals are preferred and reward individuals who refer high caliber candidates who are hired by our clients and excel in their positions over time.
