Couture Staff works on a Contingency basis and is conveniently located in the heart of NYC. Contingency means you only pay us if we successfully find the right person for you. So there is no pressure. There are no upfront fees at all. We do not ever mandate replacements. So if we cannot get it right the first time, your money is guaranteed. Our offices are local and clients are always welcome to visit our brand new Flagship Office in the heart of Tribeca.
